Nerf Switch Shot Ex-3 Review

To many, video games are a whole lot of fun. You can explore different planets, fight robots, aliens, and do a lot of stuff you can't normally do in real life.

You may be wondering what video games have to do with Nerf, and I will explain. With a recent development, you can now take Nerf to a whole new area. An area it has never been before. This is an absolute first time for Hasbro.

Now you can play Nerf on your Television! It goes without saying that the Switch Shot Ex-3 takes Nerf somewhere it never has been before, your Nintendo wii. How does it do this? Keep on reading. One thing for certain is that this is an entirely new way to play.

The Nerf Switch Shot Ex-3 comes as a normal gun does that fires foam darts and within a matter of seconds you can convert it into a Wii remote control where you can play a digital Nerf game on your Wii console. Of course you'll have to already have your own Wii console and video games which are sold separately. Once you turn it into a Wii gun controller you can play any first person shooter game as if you were actually holding a gun.

Some people buy this thinking that it includes the Nerf-N-Strike video game, but it does not. It was made to be used with it, as well as other Wii video games. If you are looking for a gift for the "Nerfer" in your family that also has a Wii console, this may be a good one.

Is there anything not to like about it? Depending on your preference, there may. Some reviewers noted that they felt it was a little front heavy with the Wii remote in.
